need help setting up an account

Description

I'm trying to set up an account. 1. Tried under personal email address (as Colin Scanes cgscanes@icloud.com). No luck! Tried under two university accounts (as Colin Guy Scanes scanes@uwm.edu and as Colin Scanes cscanes@uark.edu). Your assistance in addressing this would be appreciated.
